Mark was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He made the whole experience go as smoothly as possible and was very friendly. Fantastic Customer Service and I will definitely recommend this garage to other people.

Wayne was amazing from start to finish. He was very knowledgable helping us make the correct decisions for us and made us all feel so comfortable. Eveyone great communication with us so we never felt in the dark or worried about anything. Would defiantly recommend this garage to everyone as all the staff are so lovely and knowledgeable. Fantastic service ,no hard sell and Wayne made time to explain everything clearly. Even managed to fit me in when I turned up early due to an appointment clash. Highly recommended and will be returning for services.

Brian you were amazing even if we did get lost a little on our test drive !!! 5* service all round not at all pushy for a sale , some lovely cars in too . All the staff had a smile which nowadays is rare !!! Of course I bought the car , but needed to ring the office the day after the sale , the lady answered the phone and sorted my query out !!! Well done team keep up the good work

I have recently purchased a lovely Moondust Silver Ford Fous. On fist meeting Wayne. one of the sales team I was struck by his attention to detail and his dedication and professionalism in trying to guide me through the process in buying my new car. I loved driving on my own on the test drive I have never experienced this before . I can highly recommend this company if you are considering buying a car. There was no pressure at all, I was a bit anxious to start with but Wayne put me completely at ease, and going for a test drive without a stranger sitting by my side was a bonus. Everything went at my pace, there was no rushing at all.

Straightforward vehicle purchase
We pre-booked our visit to the garage as we wanted to test drive a particular vehicle we had seen advertised on line. On arrival the vehicle was ready for us to view and drive. Matt Chapman dealt with us - very professional and answered all our questions. We subsequently purchased the vehicle, part-exchanging our vehicle. Matt made the whole process refreshingly straightforward.

Just purchased a car from the Chris W Roads garage in Rilpey Derbyshire, thro salesman Wayne..after looking online for a few weeks, we wasnt looking forward to it as its our first car purchase in 13 years..and from start to finish its has been a delight, he was so informative and helpful, we told him our budget, needs and reasons, so we chose the car we had our eye on after a test drive.. a Ford EcoSport..a beautiful looking car.. so onto the paperwork side of it.. again he was brilliant with us..
